Cecilia De Rico

Cecilia De Rico is a graduate from the National Academy of Acting in Stockholm, Sweden. Cecilia has been a working actress in film and television for more than 20 years. She has worked with the National Touring Company, regional theaters and ran her own theatre company. Her experience also includes working as a director and a teacher for acting and voice. Her interest in voice brought her to Athens, Greece to study with famous voice teacher Mirka Yemendzakis. Other influences were working with Commedia dell' Arte and Balinese masks with Ariane Mnouchkine at the Theatre Du Soleil in Paris, theatre games by Viola Spolin, London, clown technique by Mario Gonzales, Paris, the Meisner Technique with Maria Gobetti, LA, and cabaret singing.
